It is best to take Phentermine 37.5, 10 to 14 hours before bedtime. This medicine is especially made to offer a slow release in the body. This drug is preferably to be taken only for few weeks. Long term does of this drug could cause severe skin problems, sleep problems, feeling hyperactive and many other adverse effects. Drinking alcohol should be totally avoided whilst taking Phentermine 37.5.
